Purpose:

Increase range of motion and decrease tension, pain, and stiffness in back & hips.

Where to Feel it:

Stretching/mobilization in your low back and hip region.

Description:

Lie on your back with your hips & knees bent and your feet on the floor. Have your arms extended out to the sides and turn them out so that the palms are facing up. Slowly rotate your pelvis to the left so that your knees move to the floor as your head turns to the right.
