#4 - Back Stretch Over Ball

Purpose:
To improve spinal mobility and flexibility, relieve back tension and improve posture.
Where to Feel it:
Stretching in your back and chest.
Description:
Sit and hold onto the ball. Slowly walk out and gradually lower your torso onto the ball. Your head and shoulders are supported with your knees bent to 90°. Put your fingertips on the floor for stability. Once you get used to the ball, stretch hands overhead or out to the sides as shown in the photo. As you become more comfortable, you can gently rock back and forth to provide more of a stretch.
