#92 - Toe Raises for Calf

Purpose:

To strengthen your upper/lower calf muscles (gastrocnemius and soleus).

Where to Feel it:

In your calf and shin.

Description:

Slowly raise and lower your body on your toes. If you need to, hold on to a wall, chair, counter, etc. Progress to performing the exercise standing over the edge of a stair to increase the range of motion of the exercise.

Tip:

Remember to always keep breathing!
